Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at the Project site, 3000 E Grand Ave, Des Moines, Iowa, at 3:30 PM local time. Attendance is required of all Bidders. Cost estimates for each Contract will be provided at the meeting.
Refundable Deposit:
$200.00 with a check or a current Master Builders Card.
Checks need to be made out to Iowa State Fair and all deposits need to be brought to Iowa Reprographics when the plans are picked up.
