Refundable Deposit:
A check of $100.00 or a current Master Builders Card is required to get a printed set of plans.
Deposit checks need to be made out to Broadlawns Medical Center
and all deposits need to be brought to Iowa Reprographics when the plans are picked up.
If shipping is requested, a $20.00 payment made out to Iowa Reprographics is required.
