Bid Date:
Thursday, August 20, 2026 - 2 PM Local Time, at the office of KEDbluestone Engineering, 5518 NW 88th St, Johnston, Iowa
Pre-Bid Meeting:
A. The mandatory pre-bid meeting (August 11, 2026, 3:30 p.m. local time) is relocated
to the Maintenance Building conference room, first floor.
B. Attendance is mandatory for prime bidders only; subcontractors need not attend.
C. After the meeting, attendees will travel as a group to the Varied Industries Building
for a walk-through of the project site.

Refundable Deposit:
$200.00 with a check or a current Master Builders Card.
Checks need to be made out to Iowa State Fair and all deposits need to be brought to Iowa Reprographics when the plans are picked up.
